Meet Blanca Nieto, N.D.

My road to wellness began with a challenge close to home. When my husband received a cancer diagnosis, our family was thrust into a world of difficult decisions, conflicting information, and a deep desire to do everything possible to support his health. That season changed me.

I had always been drawn to natural health, but the experience moved me to pursue it formally. In 2015 I enrolled at Trinity School of Natural Health and earned my credentials as a Naturopath, complementing years of independent wellness research with a structured, whole-person foundation.

A whole-person philosophy

I believe the body has an innate, God-given ability to heal — and that our role is to support it and simply not get in the way. Rather than focusing on a single symptom, I look at the whole person: the physical, the emotional, and the energetic. Stress, nutrition, environment, and mindset all play a part in how we feel and how we heal.

How I can support you

Through gentle biocommunication tools like ZYTO Elite Biofeedback, Voice Bio Analysis, EVOX Perception Reframing, and Genius Insights — along with soothing BIOMAT therapy and personalized essential oils and nutritional guidance — I help clients better understand what their bodies may be asking for. These are not diagnostic tests; they are supportive tools for awareness and informed wellness decisions.

I work with clients both in person in West Palm Beach and remotely by Zoom, so distance is never a barrier to support.
