No doctor–patient relationship

Sessions are by appointment. We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can offer the time to another client.

Pricing & payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Where a payment plan is offered, you authorize automatic billing for the agreed amounts. Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of access and, where permitted by law, referral to a collection agency, including reasonable collection costs.

Refunds

Because many of our products are delivered digitally and can be accessed or used immediately, all sales are final and no refunds are provided unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.
